Cluster Tool app for iPhone and iPad

Cluster Tool is an implementation of the Mental Health Clustering Booklet (V5.0) (2016/17) (Gateway Reference: 04421) and is designed as a training tool to assist NHS staff master the clustering process and the Mental Health Clustering Tool (MHCT). The key strength of the Cluster Tool is that it allows the user to enter an individuals ratings over the 13 scales and then ranks the matching cluster or clusters automatically. Using this tool, NHS staff will be able to quickly master the clustering process and will be able to verify their assessments against the results predicted by the ClusterTool. The Cluster Tool also contains the notes and guidance provided in the Clustering Booklet.
